Commercial Assistant Manager

Trifita Perkasa a company engaged in Mining Services, currently requires a Commercial Assistant Manager, for placement in Jakarta:

Job Description:

1.     Responsible for planning
and coordinating sales activities, acquiring new customers and markets, maintaining good relationships and
ensuring customer satisfaction.

2.    Seeking and acquiring
new customers, introducing the company, products and services owned by the Company to new CUSTOMERS and existing
customers through business presentations, exhibitions or other marketing media approved by the Company.

3.    Conduct a business risk
assessment of each customer and potential customer and provide input for decision making by management.

4.    Maintain and develop
good relationships with existing customers, get the latest information on mining conditions to maximize sales of
the Company’s products and services and market penetration objectives.

5.    Provide technical and
operational input and recommendations to customers in terms of forecasts and stock balances, and communicate
with sites and decision makers.

Requirements:

1.    Minimum education S1,
preferably from Engineering/ Management/ Marketing.

2.    Minimum 5 years’
experience in the same position.

3.   Preferred to have
knowledge of regulations and licensing processes relating to the trade and use of mining explosives.

4.    Able to search for data
and information related to the sale of products, services and business risks, especially regarding the
explosives market in Indonesia.

5.    Able to communicate in
English.

6.    Have leadership and be
able to work in teams

7.    EXPERT selling skills
and has a wide network, especially in mining sector.

8.    Able to think creatively
and innovatively.

9.   Good in negotiation,
communication and presentation skills.

10. Computer literate,
office applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and the internet.
